In the UK, the majority of our smaller products have a small or in some instances a free delivery option. 

Large / Heavier items such as Scaffold Tube, Scaffold Boards etc have anticipated delivery charge and this is reviewed and checked upon processing the order and should there be any discrepancies contact would be made with the customer first.

Please note all shipping is priced as base Mainland UK and addition surcharges apply to the below Post Codes. Deliveries take between 1 day and 4 days dependent upon your location.

We check our stock levels on a daily basis, but on the rare occasion when something is sold which is out of stock, we will contact you immediately

Overseas customers that wish to purchase we would ask that you email jonathan@caspiangroup.co.uk with a list of your requirements and we will offer the shipping rate along with the product pricing via email for your confirmation.

No Quibble Guarantee and Returns

If you decide you do not require your goods for any reason, please contact us to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day you received them. 

Upon return of the goods, we will gladly then refund your money within 30 days. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the Customer.

When equipment has been cut to size (tube and boards etc) then this cannot be returned unless agreed first, a re-stocking fee may apply.
