A scaffold trench sheet is a type of safety barrier used in trenching and excavation work. It serves as a protective measure to prevent trench collapses by reinforcing the trench walls, offering both support and safety for workers. These sheets are typically used in conjunction with other trenching and shoring systems to ensure the trench remains stable and that workers are protected from the dangers of soil movement or collapse.
- Most commonly, trench sheets are made from high-strength steel, offering durability, resistance to soil pressure, and the ability to withstand heavy loads. Steel sheets are typically galvanized to resist corrosion, especially in wet or damp trench environments.
- Trench sheets are often vertically placed along the trench walls. They can either be inserted into the ground or fastened to a framework to provide lateral support.
- Many trench sheets are designed to interlock or overlap at the edges, which improves the integrity of the trench wall by creating a continuous barrier. This helps prevent soil from shifting or falling into the trench
Delivery
In the UK, the majority of our smaller products have a small or in some instances a free delivery option.
Large / Heavier items such as Scaffold Tube, Scaffold Boards etc have anticipated delivery charge and this is reviewed and checked upon processing the order and should there be any discrepancies contact would be made with the customer first.
Please note all shipping is priced as base Mainland UK and addition surcharges apply to the below Post Codes. Deliveries take between 1 day and 4 days dependent upon your location.

We check our stock levels on a daily basis, but on the rare occasion when something is sold which is out of stock, we will contact you immediately

If you decide you do not require your goods for any reason, please contact us to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day you received them.
Upon return of the goods, we will gladly then refund your money within 30 days. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the Customer.
When equipment has been cut to size (tube and boards etc) then this cannot be returned unless agreed first, a re-stocking fee may apply.
